* Assistant Job Coach $11-$16 p/h – Minimum Associate’s Degree required
* Janitorial Operations Manager (commercial cleaning) $42K+
* P/T Registered Nurse (30 hours/week) w/ minimum 3 yrs. experience working with individuals with disabilities
* Daycare Group Teacher $12/hr – Monday-Friday 7:30am-2:30pm
* Residential Manager $35K – 4 yrs DD experience 1 yr supervisory experience
* Supportive Living Counselor – 3+ years’ experience with DD adults

Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities is a plus

Minimum Requirements (for most positions):
Valid Driver’s License in Good Standing (less than 3 suspensions and / or points in the past 3 years)
HS Diploma / GED, 2 Business References and verifiable prior employment
All selected candidates must successfully pass a background check, drug screen and physical

Program/Project Manager

***Working with individuals with developmental disabilities***

The Program/Project manager is responsible for planning, implementing and managing new projects to help enhance programs/services provided by the Arc Mercer meeting deadlines, quality and budget requirements

Job Functions:

  • Plan, develop, control and direct the projects

  • Implement and manage programs of high quality which meet state and federal legal requirements

  • Work across functions to meet key delivery dates and provide a high quality, effective program within budget.

  • Coordinate on-going analysis of program to identify cost saving opportunities, quality improvements and process efficiencies

  • Plan programs with multiple components, track budgets and timelines, and prepare/present status reports for management

  • Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Therap a plus

  • Knowledge of legal requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required

  • Strong presentations skills. Must be able to present to large and small groups including project teams and management

  • Ability to lead teams, good decision making and problem solving skills

  • Work under minimal supervisor

  • Exercise good judgment, knowing when to ask for help and escalate issues

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project/Program Management preferably in a non-profit

  • Two years’ experience in a leadership role in program implementation and management

  • Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
