Based on valuable feedback we have received from our employees, as part of our Health and Wellness initiatives, we are implementing two new Pilot Programs
vision pilot program
The Vision Pilot Program is available to employess that are currently enrolled in one of our Medical Insurance Plans, the opportunity to be reimbursed up to $200 towards an annual eye exam and purchase of glasses or contact lenses for the employee, upon completion of the reimbursement form and submission of valid receipts to Human Resources.
This program will be in effect until June 30, 2022
dental pilot program
The Dental Pilot Program is available to employess that are currently enrolled in one of our Dental Plans who will be provided with a deposit on their Clarity Card, in a separate HRA fund, in the amount of $250 that can be used toward deductibles or other out of pocket expenses at the dentist.
This program will be in effect until June 30, 2022
