This month, the Arc Mercer is proud to roll out the first Premium Holiday of the 2024–2025 plan year. Employees who completed the qualifying tasks will see a significant impact on their paychecks, with medical premiums waived for December. For single coverage, this means saving $225.62, split between the two December pay periods (12/13 and 12/27).

Enrolled in the SENA Health Program, connecting with personalized health support.
Completed a physical or preventive screening, emphasizing the importance of proactive care.
Activated Teladoc, ensuring access to virtual care anytime, anywhere.
