December Premium Holiday: A Meaningful Benefit for Our Team



This month, the Arc Mercer is proud to roll out the first Premium Holiday of the 2024–2025 plan year. Employees who completed the qualifying tasks will see a significant impact on their paychecks, with medical premiums waived for December. For single coverage, this means saving $225.62, split between the two December pay periods (12/13 and 12/27).

This program is more than just a financial benefit—it’s an investment in our employees’ health and well-being. To qualify, employees completed three important tasks:


  1. Enrolled in the SENA Health Program, connecting with personalized health support.

  2. Completed a physical or preventive screening, emphasizing the importance of proactive care.

  3. Activated Teladoc, ensuring access to virtual care anytime, anywhere.


These actions demonstrate a commitment to self-care, which is vital for maintaining the energy and focus needed to provide exceptional care to the individuals we serve. By waiving premiums, the Arc Mercer is giving back to employees who have prioritized their health while easing financial pressures during the holiday season.

What’s Next?


The next Premium Holiday is scheduled for March 2025. Employees will only need to act if contacted by a SENA Care Coordinator or Smith Rx Representative. Additional details will be shared closer to the date.
