All twelve winners of the Employee of the Month and Rising Star of the Month awards are eligible for the prestigious Employee of the Year and Rising Star of the Year awards. The Employee of the Year will receive a $1,000 prize, while the Rising Star of the Year will be awarded $500. The winners will be announced and honored during the evening, recognizing their outstanding contributions and the difference they make every day.
