3. Paid Sleep Initiative
Staff expressed interest in the paid sleep initiative piloted at specific group homes. The agency is finalizing plans to ensure its safe and effective implementation.
4. Premium Holiday Program
The Premium Holiday program, which allows employees to waive two months of medical insurance premiums annually, will take effect this December. Those enrolled will see the benefits this month.
