Your Feedback in Action: Technology, Transportation, and Communication

The heart of the meeting was the breakout sessions, where frontline staff and leadership engaged in vital discussions about technology, transportation, and communication.

Technology and Transportation Roadblocks (and Solutions!)

You spoke, and we listened! Here’s a rundown of the challenges raised and the solutions in progress:

  • Springboard App Resetting: Frustration with the Springboard driver app resetting and requiring re-entry of data was a hot topic. The transportation and IT departments are teaming up with the Springboard app developers to investigate and resolve this issue.

  • GPS Visibility Issues: Concerns about the placement of phone mounts obstructing GPS navigation were addressed. New phone mounts will be implemented to ensure clear visibility and promote safe driving practices.

  • Traffic Troubles: Suggestions for optimizing routes to avoid heavy traffic are being taken seriously. The transportation department is exploring ways to improve navigation and ensure efficient and timely routes.

  • Unnecessary Trips: The issue of wasted trips due to communication breakdowns regarding consumer attendance will be tackled by enhancing communication protocols between the transportation department and frontline staff.

To address these transportation concerns head-on, a dedicated committee is being formed to streamline operations and ensure smoother rides for everyone.

Communication is Key

Executive Director Steve Cook emphasized the importance of open communication channels. He challenged directors to be more present in staff meetings and encouraged frontline staff to actively voice their concerns. Remember, every staff meeting should include dedicated time for discussing topics you want to bring to the monthly TAC meetings.
