The Arc of Mercer has been providing residential services since 1979 to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The residential department operates a variety of programs which include 11 group homes, 2 supervised apartment programs, and 8 supportive living units –- supporting individuals in living in and out of their own home. Trained staff provides 24 hours supervision and support to meet the needs of each individual in areas such as medication administration, financial management, recreational planning, community inclusion, transportation, nutritional guidance and personal care. The department focuses on maximizing the unique abilities of every resident in a safe, comfortable and positive environment.

All individuals must be deemed eligible for services via an intake process by the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) to be considered for admission to any residential program. The contact number for the Mercer County DDD regional office is 609-292-1922. Once eligibility is determined Arc Mercer can assist you with your placement.
