The Arc Mercer has elected Allied as the plan administrator for group medical insurance. While this plan utilizes the Aetna PPO Network of providers, it is administered through Allied Benefit Systems. For questions about eligibility, benefits, or claim payments, please do NOT contact Aetna or use their patient systems. Please contact Allied per the instructions on your insurance card.
